San Diego has a wide array of resources for its senior residents, many of them free or subsidized. Many of these resources are not just for seniors, but for any one in need. The following is an extensive, but not exhaustive list of countywide and regional community resources.

Resources specific to a region of San Diego can always be obtained by calling 2-1-1, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in 150+ languages.

PLEASE share any additional resources you may be familiar with, in the comments section. We will add them to this list.
